Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and building new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and supervising a sales team, analyzing market trends, and providing detailed reports on sales performance. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to establish and grow client relationships
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and mentoring
- Analytical skills, including market analysis and performance reporting
- Proven ability in business development and identifying growth opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in the financial services sector or a related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for sales management and reporting
