Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Surajpur. The role involves leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Manager will also ensure team development through mentoring and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop winning strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and train team members effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of financial services, with experience in lending, insurance, or wealth advisory considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
