Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Theni for a Sales Manager at Bajaj Finserv. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving customer acquisition, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The role also includes mentoring and motivating a sales team to optimize performance and achieve goals.

- Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strong leadership, team mentoring, and performance management abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Knowledge of financial products and prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in a sales or management role with measurable success in driving results
