Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, set sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure their successful execution. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, analyzing sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including setting and achieving targets and identifying market opportunities
- Relationship management and communication skills for working with clients and teams effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to devise strategies for business growth
- Strong organizational and planning skills to oversee and manage sales activities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools to track and optimize sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred
- Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams is an advantage
