Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. The role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, corporate networking, and service-based business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients such as factories, corporate offices, hospitals, malls, and educational institutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
• Present company services including facility management and manpower supply solutions.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and service presentations with decision makers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations and HR team for smooth manpower deployment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, manpower supply, security services, or related service industries.
• Experience in dealing with corporate clients, industries, and institutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build professional relationships with corporate clients
• Good presentation and proposal-writing skills
• Self-motivated and target oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Local market knowledge will be an advantage
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
