The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales process, achieving assigned sales targets, and performing business analysis to identify opportunities for market expansion. The role involves leading sales initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve sales productivity and profitability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions where required.

Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand business.

Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion.

2. Sales Process Management

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Standardize and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.

3. Business Analysis & Reporting

Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

Conduct gap analysis between target and actual sales performance.

Provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

4. Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Handle major negotiations and close high-value deals.

Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

5. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

Identify training needs and support skill development within the team.

6. Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for product improvement and positioning.
