Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based on-site in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The position involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, providing training and mentorship, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will collaborate with different teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business revenue.
- Experience in team management, mentoring, and establishing performance standards to achieve organizational goals.
- Proficiency in customer engagement, relationship-building, and client retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills for developing and executing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
