Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Udupi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This includes managing a sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions tailored to clients' needs and ensure a high-quality customer experience overall.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to manage and guide the sales team
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and devise data-driven strategies
- Knowledge of financial products and banking regulations, particularly within the corporate and retail banking domains
- Proven experience in business development and customer acquisition
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Experience in managing financial services clients in a competitive market is highly desirable
