Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives and achieving business targets by managing a team of sales representatives and supporting the overall sales strategy. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales presentations, providing professional real estate consultations, and effectively managing sales pipelines. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other teams, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, Haryana.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with strong skills in negotiation and closing sales
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in real estate sales or a related industry will be an added advantage
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
