We are seeking a dedicated Freight forwarding Sales/Business Development Managers to join our sales team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient growth of our main revenue streams. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in our company success.
Job Description :
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including importers, exporters, and third-party logistics providers.
- Provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their logistics and freight forwarding needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
