Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s fitness machine products. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and leading a sales team. The role also involves conducting market analysis, customer engagement, and ensuring excellent after-sales support. This is a full-time on-site position based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to develop and close deals effectively.
- Proven ability in client relationship management and customer service excellence.
- Skills in market analysis and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities.
- Team leadership and management skills to guide, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Experience in the fitness equipment or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
