We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive growth in the Customer Experience (Kiosk) vertical within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong, established CXO relationships across leading banks and a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role will report directly to the Head of the Region at Aurionpro Solutions.

Sales:
- Responsible for architecting the sales strategy and execution of sales plan for region to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Create and deliver account strategies to win big contracts.
- Prepare financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Strengthen market presence by strategizing next steps, negotiating big, complex deals.
- Liaise with peer groups to execute Go-to-Market plan
- Identify and onboard Partners
- Create/Manage CXO relationships
Customer Liaising:
- Establish, foster partnerships and relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Develop cross sales by linking in-house solutions and services to customer needs. Understand industry and market trends and gather market intelligence to engage with customers for future business prospects.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and first level presentations
Stakeholder Management:
- Work collaboratively across business units like, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Leadership etc. to develop and close strategic business deals.
- Provide insights on market dynamics, product differentiation in competition, latest trend and liaise with product team to capture this.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
- Superior communication, presentation and Leadership skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
MIS Management
- Sales forecasting and funnel management.
