Aurea Aviation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities for our aviation services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling expertise, and the ability to generate high-value business opportunities in the aviation sector.
Key responsibility
- Generate leads and convert potential clients into long-term business relationships
- Promote aviation services including:
- Private Jet Charter
- Air Ambulance Services
- Helicopter Charter
- Pilgrimage Charter
- Aircraft Leasing & Management
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, HNIs, travel agencies, and government sectors
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and client presentations
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and client acquisition
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Professional personality and presentation skills
- Knowledge of aviation industry is preferred
- Experience in luxury sales, travel, hospitality, or aviation will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation, or related field
- MBA in Marketing preferred
