Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Solutions Sales Manager to lead sales of hardware, networking, and software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, managing client relationships, and driving end-to-end sales cycles in the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for IT hardware, networking, and software solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in IT solutions sales (hardware, networking, software)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking products, and enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently handle client meetings and closures
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B/enterprise sales
- Exposure to cloud solutions, IP PBX, contact center, or managed services
- Existing client base or strong industry network is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, IT, Business, or related field preferred)
