Assurances is hiring a Sales Manager on behalf of a client running a premium real estate
and farmland development project in Telangana. This is a pure sales role. You will not be
responsible for marketing, advertising, or lead generation — those are handled separately.
Your sole focus is converting a warm, qualified pipeline into closed deals. Leads will come to
you. Site visits will be scheduled for you. Your job is to make sure every serious prospect
becomes a buyer.

What You Will Do
- Own the sales pipeline end-to-end — from qualified lead to registered closure.
- Personally call and engage all Hot leads; build rapport before the site visit.
- Attend every site visit day alongside the Site Relationship Manager; lead one-on-one consultations with prospective buyers.
- Present plot availability, discuss specific plot selection, and handle all financial and legal objections on the spot.
- Drive token bookings on visit day — target 2–4 bookings per visit.
- Manage post-visit follow-up personally for all Hot leads: Day +2 call, Day +5 availability update, Day +10 final push
- Oversee the inside sales team's follow-up discipline — ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate with the Site Relationship Manager on visit-day readiness and buyer experience.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM: every lead accurately scored, every conversation logged.
- Deliver a weekly pipeline report to management: bookings, closures, hot leads in progress, blockers
- Escalate registration and documentation issues to resolve them fast — don't let paperwork kill a deal.
What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of direct sales experience — real estate is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket transactions (₹15L and above per deal).
- Strong consultative selling skills — you listen, build trust, and guide decisions rather than push.
- Experience managing a small inside sales team or being a senior closer in a sales setup.
- Fluent in Telugu; English communication skills are essential for investor-facing conversations.
- Comfortable travelling to the project site in Telangana on visit days (twice a month).
- Highly disciplined about follow-up — you treat the pipeline as your personal responsibility.

- Have closed plotted land, villa, or managed farmland deals — you know how long these decisions take and how to hold the buyer through the process.
- Are energised by the closing call, not exhausted by it.
- Never drop a Hot lead — you follow up until you get a yes or a clear no.
- Can handle a family discussion, a nervous first-time investor, and a hardened HNI in the same afternoon.
