Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities. The role includes managing a sales team, fostering relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with various departments to align sales initiatives with operational workflow and provide consistent reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy development, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Strong skills in Team Management, Leadership, and Client Relationship Building
- Ability to analyze and forecast sales metrics and performance
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry is an advantage
- A results-driven mindset with a strategic vision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
