Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, including strategic planning and execution
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
- Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the pest control industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
