Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for the organization. Key responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with company objectives. The ideal candidate will foster a customer-centric approach to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and engagement
- Strategic thinking and sales planning capabilities for driving revenue growth
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and competitive market environment
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent role is preferred
