Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Viramgam for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, identify and secure new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and devise effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. The role requires a focus on both domestic and international markets to drive revenue and support the company’s overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong market analysis, networking, and client relationship management skills
- Skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial packaging, hospitality, or other related industries is an advantage
