Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, and achieving revenue goals. Key responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients’ needs. The role will also involve representing ARTH Resorts in client meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Customer Retention
- Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
