Job Title: Sales Manager – Global Business Setup

The platform supports company formation, licensing, compliance, tax, and ongoing operations across markets like UAE, US, Singapore, and more.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with 4–5 years of experience and proven team-handling capabilities to drive revenue growth and lead a high-impact sales team. The ideal candidate should come from a top-tier B-school (IIMs) with strong exposure to B2B / consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end sales funnel – lead generation to closure
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team
Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for global business setup services
Identify new revenue opportunities across international markets (UAE, KSA, US, etc.)
Develop strong relationships with founders, startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to improve conversion
Track KPIs such as pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue targets
Mentor and coach team members to improve productivity and performance
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Must have team handling experience (min. 2–3 members)
MBA from top B-schools (IIMs, ISB, Tier-1 colleges)
Strong experience in B2B / consultative / solution selling
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to startup / SaaS / consulting / fintech / global services is a strong plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in international business, company setup, or consulting domain
Strong understanding of cross-border business expansion challenges
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
