Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager at Arax People Services India Private Limited. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, leading and mentoring the sales team, and preparing reports to track sales metrics and forecasts. Building and maintaining a robust customer pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Team leadership and management experience, with the ability to mentor and drive the performance of a sales team.
- Proficiency in business development strategies, client relationship management, and lead generation techniques.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the security services industry and related operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM software, and data analysis for reporting and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
