Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Sales Specialist based in our Indore location. The Retail Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide outstanding service, share deep product knowledge, and create exceptional shopping experiences. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, ensuring the showroom is visually appealing, handling inquiries, addressing customer needs, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Communication abilities to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to effectively guide customers in selecting the appropriate products based on their needs.
- Customer Service skills to deliver memorable shopping experiences and address customer concerns professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is an advantage.
- Passion for design, luxury products, or interior decor is a plus.
- Prefered candidate for Indore location.
