Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The role includes managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare reports, and ensure the organization’s portfolio aligns with client needs. The position involves both strategic planning and active engagement with prospective clients to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Strong skills in market analysis, strategy development, and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively with teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and data reporting tools
- Familiarity with the energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and willingness to travel when required
