Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Antara’s senior care services and solutions, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. The role includes conducting consultations and facility tours, understanding client needs, presenting tailored care solutions, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, operations, and care teams to support campaigns, ensure accurate information on services, and provide feedback on market trends. Day-to-day activities also involve maintaining a CRM system, preparing sales reports, participating in local outreach events, and upholding Antara’s standards of empathetic and ethical selling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or related service industries.
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills, with the ability to conduct empathetic, consultative conversations with seniors and families.
- Experience with lead management, pipeline development, and use of CRM tools to track and report on sales activities.
- Ability to plan and execute local outreach initiatives, partnerships, and events to generate awareness and inquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and negotiation capabilities.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, operations) to align on offerings and service delivery.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting targets and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sensitivity when working with seniors and their families.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital sales tools;
