Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Udaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing sales activities, leading a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets. Key tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and providing coaching to team members to drive results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills
- Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Monitoring
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create and execute effective sales strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and implement improvements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Experience in the financial services or loan distribution sector is a plus.
