Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Palghar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and executing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and promoting resort services to potential clients. The role includes identifying business opportunities, conducting sales negotiations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends and generate reports to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy Planning, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Negotiation and Contract Management
- Knowledge in Market Research, Analytics, and Reporting
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
- Proactive approach, with the ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
