Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs.
- Manage sales pipelines and records accurately using CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving skills with good oral communication and self-driven motivation.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager within the semiconductor industry or in related equipment sales.
- A good team player with strong multitasking abilities.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
