Role OverviewWe are looking for driven, high-energy Enterprise Sales Managers to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is focused on acquiring and growing large enterprise accounts, especially within IT/ITES companies, BPOs, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, owning large deals end-to-end, and working in a fast-paced product company.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition across IT/ITES, BPO and GCC segments
- Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin, Facilities & Operations leaders in large organisations
- Own the complete sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure
- Identify and map target accounts using LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Build strong pipelines and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
- Understand client pain points and position Neoffice.Ai’s solutions as strategic business enablers
What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales / SaaS / Solution Selling
- Proven ability to sell to large organisations and senior stakeholders
- Strong target orientation and hunger to win (this is non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and sell value-based solutions
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
Good to Have (Strong Advantage)- Experience selling to IT services companies, BPOs, GCCs or large corporate accounts
- Exposure to employee transport, facilities management, workplace tech, HR tech or enterprise software
- Prior experience in solution selling rather than transactional sales
