Sales Manager
📍 Location: Kochi, Kerala
📅 Type: Full-time, In-office (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM)

AgeWell is a fast-growing nutraceutical and wellness brand focused on preventive healthcare and healthy aging. We operate across dietary supplements, digital wellness platforms, and physical wellness centres, with a strong emphasis on science-backed products and consumer trust.
As we scale our distribution and revenue channels, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive aggressive growth, build strong distribution networks, and lead on-ground execution.
What You’ll Do
Sales Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across channels.
- Own revenue numbers and ensure consistent growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas.
- Build and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Distribution & Channel Development
- Develop and expand distributor and retailer networks.
- Manage relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
- Ensure strong product availability across markets.
- Explore new channels including general trade, modern trade, and institutional sales.
Team Management
- Build, manage, and mentor the sales team (field executives, promoters, etc.).
- Set targets, track performance, and drive accountability.
- Ensure proper training and onboarding of new sales hires.
Market Execution
- Ensure strong on-ground execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Drive visibility, promotions, and in-store activations.
- Ensure brand presence and positioning in retail outlets.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts and align with inventory and supply chain.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Maintain reports on targets, closures, and pipeline.
- Use data to optimize sales strategies and improve efficiency.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock availability.
- Align with finance for collections, invoicing, and credit cycles.
Who Are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
- Strong experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, healthcare, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks and channel sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building distribution from scratch.
- Exposure to modern trade and e-commerce sales channels.
- Strong market understanding and on-ground execution ability.
