Role Description
The Sales Manager will play a vital role in driving business growth by assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This individual will conduct market research, assist in preparing sales reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets. The Sales Manager Intern will contribute to the optimization of sales processes and ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site internship located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client partnerships and drive results.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Development to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Strategic Planning and Data-driven Decision Making abilities to support effective sales strategies and achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to clearly convey value propositions and close deals successfully.
- High level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; candidates with relevant certificates in sales or marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
