Role & Responsibilities
1. Inbound Lead & Export Order Management
- Efficiently manage and qualify a high volume of inbound global inquiries for industrial/marine automation products.
- Review and process international sales orders, managing online payment gateways, export logistics concerns, and return/refund tracking.
- Enforce a strict zero-negligence policy for client communication, ensuring every inbound lead is followed up consistently and all global emails are answered daily without delay.
- Monitor predefined operational criteria including export pricing compliance, quality, quantity, international delivery timelines, and reliability.
2. Strategy, Process Automation & Tracking
- Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on maximizing conversion rates for inbound export traffic.
- Develop, refine, and streamline workflows within CRM platforms to enhance team efficiency and eliminate unproductive time.
- Plan and execute process enhancements and automation initiatives to optimize daily operations and revenue outcomes.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and individual performance reports/charts to drive strategic planning and achieve sales targets.
3. Team Performance Monitoring & Enablement
- Act as the operational backbone of the sales team, reviewing and resolving obstacles in the inbound sales pipeline.
- Spearhead hiring, onboarding, and training processes to build a high-performing inside sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Purchase, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to align strategies and maximize revenue facilitation.
- Monitor individual productivity daily (calls, response times, lead movement) and address underperformance immediately.
- Personally track, drive, and close high-value or aging international leads while resolving blockers.
4. Client Relationship & Quality Assurance
- Manage critical customer interactions and post-sale grievances.
- Build strong client relationships to expand the international customer base.
- Review quality-related concerns and post-feedback data from the QA team.
- Provide coaching and counseling to team members when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience & Industry Preference
- 4+ years of experience in Inbound Sales, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Industry experience in Industrial Automation, Marine Industry, Power Plants, or Heavy Industrial Machinery Exports is highly preferred.
Technical Skills & Domain Knowledge
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms and workflow/process automation.
- Strong understanding of international B2B sales cycles, inbound lead nurturing, and global client communication patterns.
