We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in homecare respiratory products, specifically CPAP and BiPAP devices. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell CPAP, BiPAP, and other homecare medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and individual patients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, sleep specialists, and healthcare providers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on device usage and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, and after-sales service coordination.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales (preferably CPAP/BiPAP or respiratory products).
Strong understanding of homecare equipment and patient handling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic technical knowledge of respiratory devices is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
