Position – Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager – Textiles (North Region)
Role Description -
· Responsible for growing sales of enzymes to textile processing mills and corporate customers in the assigned region/territory.
· Prepare and achieve the sales budget for the assigned region.
· Maintain existing sales, identify and develop new customers.
· Identify new distributors and manage the current channel partners and distribution network.
· Conduct commercial trials at the client’s site and resolve technical queries.
· Prepare and submit monthly reports, sales plans, and other relevant reports in a timely manner.
Requirements -
· Experience in the sales of enzymes or textile chemicals to processing houses and textile mills.
· Thorough understanding of the textile market.
· Ability to analyze and understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
· Experience in sales planning, budget preparation and presentation, and prioritization.
· Strong working relationships with distributors and customers in the assigned region.
· Fluent in spoken and written English, along with proficiency in the local language.
· Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling value propositions to brands and large processing houses.
Qualifications -
Science graduate or Degree/Diploma in Textile Processing. MBA will be an added advantage
Work Experience -
5- 10 years
