Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the construction and renovation sector. The ideal candidate must possess hardcore sales experience, strong business development capabilities, and a deep understanding of the construction/renovation industry. This role involves end-to-end ownership of sales growth, client acquisition, project coordination, and overall P&L accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for commercial, industrial, and residential construction & renovation projects.
- Build and maintain a strong business pipeline through incoming leads and proactive outreach to: MCSTs, Interior Designers, Commercial establishments, Property owners and Facility management companies
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Coordinate closely with project and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Present regular sales reports, forecasts, cash flow updates, and P&L insights directly to the Chairman.
- Lead and manage onsite project supervisors and other team members, ensuring accountability and alignment with company goals.
- Take ownership of overall business performance and operational execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5+ years of sales experience in construction project sales
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance.
- Good understanding of construction projects and the Singapore construction market will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Must own a laptop for office-related work.
- Mandatory two-wheeler for commuting.
- Must be willing to work from our Chennai office.
- Candidates with experience working directly with senior management / CEOs will be preferred.
