Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad and Bengaluru with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of laboratory equipment. Core tasks include creating targeted sales strategies, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends and providing insights to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in meeting targets and generating leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and craft strategic sales plans
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and knowledge of industry sectors such as pharmaceutical, chemical, and academia is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Team collaboration abilities and adaptability in a hybrid work setup
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
