Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves implementing effective marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth while maintaining adherence to company policies and practices.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Market Analysis, and Business Development
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Team Management and Leadership experience
- Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and using CRM tools
- Effective organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the food and agricultural products industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
