Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in corporate software product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate/enterprise segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and value-based selling
- Collaborate with internal teams such as presales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer engagement
- Track competition, market trends, and provide actionable insights
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting reports
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in corporate software product sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales
- Prior experience in software/product sales in Hospitality industry is preferred
- Must be currently residing in Delhi
- Techno commercial person
- Should be able to do demos
Preferred Profile
- Experience handling enterprise clients or B2B sales
- Exposure to solution-based selling
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
