- Managing a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
- Increasing CASA (Current Account Savings Account) balances
- Building relationships with business clients
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a sales team
- Achieve monthly quarterly CA targets
- Acquire new business banking clients
- Source clients through:
- Market visits
- References
- Cold calling
- Ensure high-value account acquisition
- Cross-sell products:
- Trade Forex
- Working Capital
- POS / Payment Solutions
- Maintain portfolio quality (reduce attrition)
Target Segment
- SMEs / MSMEs
- Traders merchants
- Corporates institutions
- Professionals (CA firms, doctors, etc.)
