Position: Sales Manager – Individual Contributor (IC)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Role Summary:-
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (IC role) who will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory through direct sales, key account management, and project closures. This is a pure individual contributor role with strong ownership of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Drive end-to-end sales for sports infrastructure projects school projects, Warehouse, Commercial Project (artificial turf, flooring, courts, stadium seating, turnkey projects)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, colleges, builders clubs, academies, and corporates
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → site visit → techno-commercial discussions → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, project managers, and decision-makers
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS on a regular basis
- Track competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies in the region
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, sports infrastructure, building materials, flooring, turf, or allied industries
- Proven track record of closing mid to large-ticket B2B projects
- Strong local market knowledge of Delhi-Ncr
- Comfortable with frequent site visits and fieldwork
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
