Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role requires a dynamic leader who can work effectively to achieve business objectives while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strategic planning, forecasting, and market analysis experience to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills to inspire and guide sales teams.
- Ability to establish, maintain, and grow client relationships through effective communication and customer-focused strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking, managing pipeline, and reporting. Tech-savviness is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Relevant experience in B2B or B2C sales within the service or technology industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is required; MBA is advantageous.
