Position: Sales Manager
A2Zee HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to join a growing organization and drive business growth.
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.8 LPA (₹25,000–₹40,000/month) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, Institutional Sales, Academic Alliances, B2B Sales, or Education Sales.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
