Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at The Leela’s Chennai Regional Sales Office. The Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Executive will take responsibility for driving revenue and achieving sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting The Leela’s luxury hospitality services. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing client portfolios, coordinating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, and representing the brand at networking events and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, ideally in the hospitality or related industries
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Networking
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai/Hyderabad RSO offices and travel as needed
- A proactive, results-driven, and client-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience and familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector will be advantageous
