Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager / Assistant Director - Sales based in Gurugram. The individual in this position will lead and manage sales initiatives to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, managing client interactions, and mentoring the sales team. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Forecasting
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tools, and data analysis software
- Ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in the aviation industry or a global market is a plus
