The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Advisor Recruitment, sales management, business development, client acquisition, and strategic planning to drive growth and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Advisor Recruitment, Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Acquisition skills
- Experience in life insurance sales and knowledge of insurance products
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and ability to meet sales targets
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Certification in Insurance Sales is a plus
