What You'll Do → Counsel leads & convert them into admissions → Manage your pipeline end-to-end → Follow up, log, report — own your targets
You Should Have
✔ Finance background — B.Com / BBA / Finance degree
✔ Fluent, confident English — spoken & written
✔ 1–3 years in sales, counselling, or EdTech
✔ CRM experience — Zoho / HubSpot / LeadSquared
The Deal 💰 ₹35,000/month + Uncapped Incentives
