We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Manager to join our fast-growing AI-powered FMCG platform connecting retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and consumers on one seamless platform.
If you enjoy client interaction, sales conversations, relationship building, and closing deals, this role is for you.

Role: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential customers, including retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders, through outbound calls
• Explain platform benefits and onboard prospective clients
• Conduct online demos and presentations based on client requirements
• Visit customers for meetings, presentations, and relationship building
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM tools
• Nurture prospects from the first interaction to successful onboarding
• Ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building ability
• Good understanding of CRM tools and sales processes
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Job Details
Fixed Salary: ₹5 LPA
Incentive: 10% incentive once monthly revenue crosses ₹2.5L
Work Mode: Work From Home + Client Visits
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working
Travel reimbursement provided for customer visits
