Job Title:Sales Manager – Agri Commodities
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
About Company
We are Agree Tech Company, working in the agri commodities sector dealing with products like turmeric, ginger, maize, chilli, and other spices across domestic markets.
We are looking for an experienced Agri Commodity Sales Manager who already has strong buyer connections and practical market knowledge in commodity trading and bulk sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete sales operations for agri commodities
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly business targets
- Generate bulk orders and develop strong buyer network across India
- Handle sales of turmeric, ginger, maize, chilli, and spice commodities
- Maintain strong coordination with procurement and operations teams
- Negotiate pricing, payments, and dispatch schedules with buyers
- Build long-term relationships with traders, wholesalers, exporters, and distributors
- Track market rates, demand trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure smooth execution from inquiry to payment collection
- Travel for client meetings and market development when required
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in agri commodity trading or commodity sales
- Strong network with buyers, traders, wholesalers, or mandi market contacts
- Good understanding of turmeric, chilli, maize, ginger, and spice markets
- Experience in B2B bulk sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
- Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu speaking candidates preferred
- Must be street-smart, market-oriented, and business-focused
