Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify prospects, generate leads through cold calling and existing data, conduct meetings, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retain existing customers by offering new solutions, and act as a reliable point of contact.
Solution Selling: Understand business requirements and sell IVRS/Cloud telephony solutions tailored to client needs.
Team & Coordination: Handle team activities, collaborate with internal teams, and network with customers and CRM partners for business growth.
Market Research & Reporting: Conduct market and competitor research, identify new opportunities, develop USPs, and prepare MIS/daily performance reports.
