Role OverviewStyleUAI is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Sales Manager (B2B Sales) to own and scale our sales function. This role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while also managing and mentoring a growing sales team. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and consistently delivers revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management- Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline
- Develop scalable strategies to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads
2. Sales Execution- Qualify prospects and deeply understand client needs
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and solutions
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to build trust and close deals
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
4. Team Management- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
- Track team performance and provide actionable feedback
- Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
5. Target Ownership & Revenue Growth- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive consistent revenue growth through strategic execution
- Analyze sales metrics and optimize strategies for better performance
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in leading or managing a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face client interactions
- Self-driven, highly execution-focused, and result-oriented
Preferred Skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
